The booking of the product should be considered confirmed only after you recieve a message from Trouper Traveller stating that your booking is confirmed. Deposit amount would be required to be paid through Paytm so that it can be refunded instantly.
In a rare case of unavailability of the asked product we will offer you another product with similar specifications but if consumer is not willing to accept the replacement we will refund the booking amount in full.

In case of any damage to the product consumer will have to pay for the damage occured.
In case of using the product for more than seleted time period consumer will have to pay for the extra time at the time of return of the product.

In case of any refund being applicable the consumer will be refunded the booking amount in next 7-10 working days
