On day one you will be picked up from New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport/Tenzing Norway Bus Stand by your Trouper Traveller ride.

Today your Trouper Traveller ride will take you to Gangtok. This will be a 135 kilometers journey and will take around five to six hours.

During the ride do not risk to move your eyes of the windows as you may just miss the beautiful scenery all around you.

We will reach Gangtok by evening. Precise time of arrival in Gangtok will depend on your arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport/Tenzing Norway Bus Stand.

Nestled at a height of 1670 meters (5480 feet), Gangtok is the capital of Sikkim. The beautiful hill station is a land of tranquility, adventure, monasteries, mystic rituals & festivals and natural beauty.

Check in to the alloted hotel where a refreshing welcome tea will be awaiting. Take some rest and in the evening you may love to take a stroll to the M G Road popularly known as Mall road or local Shopping center. You may like to check out the beautiful handicrafts.

DAY
TWO

Day two of the tour starts early in the morning from Gangtok. Have your delicious breakfast and hop into your Trouper Traveller ride.

Today your Trouper Traveller ride will take you to Lachen. This will be a 135 kilometers journey and will take around five to six hours.

We will take a halt at Chungthang which is 96 kilometers from Gangtok for our Lunch. Post lunch we will continue our journey to Lachen.

By early evening we will be in Lachen. Lachen is a beautiful city in North of Sikkim. Its has a handful of population but the natural beauty of this place is absolutely mesmerizing.

Check in to the alloted hotel where a refreshing welcome tea will be awaiting. Take some rest and in the evening you may love to take a stroll to the Lepcha village. Have a cultural connection with the place.

THREE

Day three of the tour starts with an early morning breakfast in hotel.

Get ready as your Trouper Traveller ride will be waiting for you to take you to one of the most exciting place of the tour that is Gurudongmar Lake.

Gurudongmar Lake is 55 kilometers from from Lachen. It will take almost four hours of ride to reach Gurudongmar Lake.

Views during this ride would be stunning specially during the sunrise when first sun rays would color the whole valley.

Gurudongmar is nested in a valley at an altitude of 11,800 feet. From December to April the Gurudongmar lake stays in mostly frozen stage. The beautiful lake is a scenery in itself.

After spending some time at Gurudongmar Lake we will head back to our hotel in Lachen. During this ride you will be crossing through the cold desert regions of Tibet/China to the beautiful Rhododendron forest of Chopta Valley and Thangu.

You will have your lunch at the hotel in Lachen. And then after pack your bags and we will leave for Lachung. Lachung is nearly 50 kilometers from Lachen and it will take around two hours of ride to reach Lachung.

Lachung is also a major city of North Sikkim. The town is generally considered at gateway to Yumthang but the beauty and charm is amazing. From the windows of your vehicle you see valleys full of mists and forests of Rhododendron blooms.

Check in to your hotel at Lachung and freshen up. In the evening you must visit the nearby Lachung monastery.

The fluttering prayer flags, the peace and the pleasant people will make way into your hearts and cherished memories. Return to hotel for overnight stay and take a good rest.
DAY
FOUR

Day four of the tour starts with breakfast in your hotel. Get ready for a ride to Yumthang situated at nearly 11,800 feet.

The one hour drive to beautiful Yumthang crosses through the famous hot spring known for its curative properties of skin diseases. Near the river Lachung Chu, Yumthang is a valley surrounded by towering snow covered mountains. The ethereal beauty is grace for all visitors.

Feel blessed as you witness the natural spectacle. In spring this valley erupts in riots of colors as Primulae, Rhododendrons and many other Alpine flowers are in full bloom.

After your visit to Yumthang valley is concluded return back to your hotel in Lachung. Your lunch would be waiting for you in your hotel.

Post lunch your ride for Gangtok would be waiting for you. By evening you will be back in Gangtok.

Day five of the tour is to explore the capital city of Sikkim that is Gangtok.

You can enjoy ride of cable cars with the view of entire hill station city.

Some of the monasteries in Gangtok are a must to visit just because of the peaceful environment they have to offer. You can get a glimpse of and get close to Buddhist culture on you trip.

By the end of this beautiful day touring Gangtok get back to your hotel and take an ample amount of rest after having an appetizing dinner.

Day two of the tour starts with a delicious early morning breakfast in hotel.

Get ready and hope in to your ride to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir which is nearly 40 kilometers.

Tsomgo lake is at an altitude of 12,400 ft and is an absolute delight to visit. It stretches around 1 kilometer in length and around 50 meters in depth. It is covered in snow for most of the year still its home for Brahmini ducks and many other migratory birds.

Baba Mandir would be our next stop to visit. The temple is name after an army man; Baba Harbhajan Singh who sacrificed his life for the nation. Hailed as "Hero of Nathula" the Sikh is revered as a deity.

The drive to Nathu La Pass, entry to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is an optional tour. The beauty of the place and the thrill of being almost to another nation tempts you for a ride.

After your day tour, get back to Gangtok for overnight stay at hotel. The evening is kept free for your leisure. Explore the city at will.

Return back to your hotel timely and have a delicious dinner before going for bed.

SEVEN
